By the blessing of the Dom na Krvavcu – Mountain Hut in the year 1925 many people expressed the wish to raise the chapel in the nearness. Aljaz Club from Ljubljana built the chapel by plans from famous Slovenian architect Joze Plecnik, which should imitate the stony pastoral cottages. The chapel was consecrated to Maria in the year 1929 by the bishop Gregorij Rozman. First ten years had the status of the private chapel, but from the year 1939 belongs to the Cerklje parish. You can see the stony column in which is cut in the inscription.
Also you can see the big cross with the bronze Jesus Christ, who has the wooden left hand. By him are Holy Peter and Holy Pavel. Above the cross is the image of Mary, next to her are two monks. The chapel also has about 50 kilograms heavy bell. The first Sunday after the Maudy Smaren is in the chapel some church event.
