Hotel Orel and Hotel Uni / Youth Hostel is located in the centre of the old city, beside the Volkmerjev crossing. There was in the 19th century the inn, which was named By the black eagle. It was also the important post of the coachmen. The kernel of the hotel was put up in the superstructure part of the inn in the year 1928. The building of the Hotel Orel was built in the year 1969. With the hotel Zamorec, which is now Hotel Uni, was connected in the year 1989. The architect was Adolf Baltzer. In the year 2006 was sold the old part of the building and there was in the year 2007 built the commercial centre. The hotel was renovated to the modern building in the year 2006. The Hotel Uni is the Neorenaissance building from the year 1897. The inner courtyard was after the uniting reshaped to the winter garden, where is also the restaurant. At last was renovated in the year 1998. The hotel is intend mostly for travellers and business people. It has protected parking place.
